2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Product for Return
    Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  3. Return Shipping
    Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping fees may apply for non-defective product returns.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the following criteria:

  • Condition of the returned item upon inspection.
  • Return reason validity (defective or damaged items are prioritized).

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and prefer an exchange over a refund, please contact us with details of the issue. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
